Discussion of specific religious doctrine is avoided. Members of all faiths (or of none) are welcome.<\/p>\n

Additional information<\/strong> Withdrawal symptoms range from a “hangover” after an alcoholic binge to life-threatening seizures. Withdrawal is typically accompanied by a variety of symptoms, many of which can be life threatening if not dealt with\u00a0in the appropriate manner. The symptoms are listed for alcohol and different drugs on this website.<\/p>\n

Al-Anon Survey<\/strong> There was an Al-Anon Membership Survey in 2009, and 1,775 members took the survey. Below is a sample of the results of the survey.
